PAYMENT POLICY & RESERVATION TERMS

PAYMENT POLICY

After a confirmation email to reserve your space has been emailed to you, a courtesy hold requires payment within 5 working days to secure the reservation.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, yet unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation. Your insurance covers most of your expenses. Inquire with the agency. Please check with your travel insurance for reimbursement.

We reserve the right to change the itinerary if by chance there may arise any unforeseen circumstances, such as raw weather or sea conditions or other physical or material logistics that may surprisingly arise. This also includes last minute cancellations by guest teachers. Please trust that whatever changes are made will not affect the quality of your experience

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Because Ocean Forest has a NO Cancellation Policy, please check with your travel insurance for reimbursement.

Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.

Two Travel Insurance Companies suggestions: Travel Guard and  World Nomads Travel Insurance. Please make sure your insurance policy covers you and the family (if applicable) for all relevant sport activities you will be engaging upon during your visit to Ocean Forest.
